Esencia 090 – Gi Gi
A new mix by Gi Gi, who is known for making music between ambient, downtempo, dub and trip hop.
For this mix, however, he increases the energy & tempo considerably, while maintaining the sense of texture that informs his music.
He recently put out an album on Quiet Time Tapes in September, and has previously released on Good Morning Tapes, INDEX:Records, and Ways Inner Pass.
it’s a recording from a club set at a friend’s diy space in nyc last september, from the release party for my last lp that just came out.
